Zoom is an innovative new charity project in aid of the renowned Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity. All Formula One's current drivers and team principals have taken photographs of their chosen subjects to be signed and auctioned for the charity.
On 14th September 2012, half of the photographs will be auctioned live and the remaining photos will be sold online by Coys, giving fans around the world a chance to bid for their favourite images.
"The F1 Group has been supporting Great
Ormond Street Hospital for many years and we are proud to be able to help
with the tremendous work they do. Every year the hospital treats nearly 200,000
sick children and you are helping them keep it up. You are also getting a
glimpse into a side of F1 that isn’t shown on television and as you
will see, it isn’t all about fast cars and champagne."
Bernie Ecclestone, chief executive of the Formula One Group
